homemade mexican chorizo

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp of crushed dried chilies
  • 1 tbsp. of paprika
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar

Instructions

  • Chorizo is simple to make, just combine the ingredients split it into 6-8 portions and freeze in separate ziplock bags until you want to use it.
