Asian Slaw

An easy colorful side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots cut into thin strips
  • 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 small bunch of cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce or Tamari as a gluten free option
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  • Combine first 5 Ingredients in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
  • Add dressing to the large bowl and mix well.
