Asian Slaw
An easy colorful side dish for any occasion.

- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup carrots cut into thin strips
- 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 cup cucumber cut into thin strips
- 1/2 small bunch of cilantro chopped
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce or Tamari as a gluten free option
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Combine first 5 Ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
Add dressing to the large bowl and mix well.
