Mango and mint smoothie

A healthy and delicious smoothie, mint adds a fresh flavor that pairs well with the mango.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango
  • 20 small mint leaves (or 10 large)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey (or 2 if sweeter is preferred)

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
