Asian Slaw

Ingredients

shredded red cabbage

carrots
cut into thin strips

red pepper
cut into thin strips

cucumber
cut into thin strips

small bunch of cilantro
chopped
Dressing
3
tablespoon
rice vinegar
3
tablespoon
hoisin sauce
2
teaspoon
sesame oil
2
teaspoon
minced fresh ginger
1
teaspoon
soy sauce
or Tamari as a gluten free option
1
teaspoon
sugar
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
Instructions
Combine first 5 Ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
Add dressing to the large bowl and mix well.
